Q1: Does BurgerPrints currently provide gift boxes?

Gift box packaging is not available as a standard service on BurgerPrints at this time.

Q2: Can I add a gift message or personalized note to my orders?

BurgerPrints does not provide a dedicated gift message or personalized note service.However, for short messages under 40 characters, you can add the message in the APT / Suite / Other field in the Shipping info, or in the Shipping Address 2 column when uploading orders via CSV. This message will appear on the shipping label of the package.

Q3: Will gift box or gift message services be available in the future?

Some BurgerPrints locations are preparing to support gift box and gift message services. Once these services are officially available, BurgerPrints will announce updates through the Help Center and Dashboard notifications.
