# Does BurgerPrints provide gift boxes or gift messages?

### **Overview**

This article answers common questions about gift box and gift message services on BurgerPrints. It is intended for branding sellers and users preparing for holiday-season campaigns who want to enhance the unboxing experience for their customers.

### **Frequently Asked Questions**

#### **Q1: Does BurgerPrints currently provide gift boxes?**

Gift box packaging is not available as a standard service on BurgerPrints at this time.

#### **Q2: Can I add a gift message or personalized note to my orders?**

Yes. BurgerPrints now supports **Gift Message** as an On-demand Custom Branding service for eligible orders fulfilled by **Matterhorn**.

You can add a Gift Message in **Step 3: Finalize Order** under **Additional Services**, then upload your design before placing the order.

For short messages **under 40 characters**, you can add the message in the **APT / Suite / Other** field in the **Shipping info**, or in the **Shipping Address 2** column when uploading orders via CSV. This message will appear on the **shipping label** of the package.

#### **Q3: Will gift box or gift message services be available in the future?**

Gift Message is now available for eligible orders fulfilled by **Matterhorn**. BurgerPrints will continue to expand its Custom Branding and packaging services over time.

Updates on newly available services will be announcedthrough the Help Center and Dashboard notifications.
