How long does Top-up approval take?

Currently, BurgerPrints only supports order payments by deducting funds directly from the Top-up wallet.

Question 1: How long does it take for a Top-up to be approved and added to my balance?

The approval time depends on the Top-up method you use. Typically, Top-up are approved within 1–24 hours and appear in your B-wallet.

Top-up methods such as Payoneer, PingPong, PayPal Mass Payment, Lian Lian and Wise usually have faster automatic approval times compared to other methods.

Question 2: The transfer shows as completed on the seller’s side. Why hasn’t it appeared in Top-up yet?

Some payments may show as completed on the sender’s side (seller) but still require additional time for BurgerPrints to receive the funds. Please contact BurgerPrints Support for assistance and more information.

Question 3: Does Top-up by credit card require approval time?

No. Funds are added to your B-wallet immediately after the transaction is completed.

Question 4: If the Top-up approval takes longer than expected, who should I contact for support?
