Where to Find the Refund and Remake Policy
Step 1: Log in to the Dashboard
Go to https://dash.burgerprints.com and sign in using your email and password.

Step 2: Open the Fulfillment Policy
From the Dashboard, go to Documents or Help Center, then select Fulfillment Policy.

About Remake and Refund Conditions
Eligible remake and refund cases
Your order qualifies for a refund or remake if you receive a product with one or more of the following issues:
1. Product-related issues
Damaged products
Printing defects or quality issues
Wrong size, color, style, or design
Missing products
2. Production and shipping-related issues
The order ships to an address different from the one you provided
Printed Apparel and Mugs (US to US): Tracking does not update after 10 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 17 business days from payment date (EST)
Printed Apparel, Mugs, and Posters (EU to EU): Tracking does not update after 9 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 17 business days from payment date (EST)
All-Over-Print Apparel (EU to EU): Tracking does not update after 12 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 22 business days from payment date (EST)
All-Over-Print Apparel (China to US): Tracking does not update after 13 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 30 business days from payment date (EST)
Posters (US to US): Tracking does not update after 10 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 20 business days from payment date (EST)
International orders: Tracking does not update after 15 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 25 business days from payment date (EST)
Shipments to special or remote areas: Includes AOPs, FPOs, AE, AO, AA, AP, islands, unincorporated territories (PR, VI, GU, MP, AS), Hawaii (HI), and Alaska (AK): Tracking does not update after 20 business days from payment date (EST). Order is not delivered after 45 business days from payment date (EST)
Orders officially confirmed by BurgerPrints as lost in transit after internal investigation
Non-eligible refund and remake cases
Refund or remake does not apply when:
Tracking shows Delivered successfully but the buyer claims non-receipt
The issue results from incorrect design files or order information submitted by the user
How to request a remake or refund
From the Dashboard:
Go to Orders and select the order you want to make a change

Create a support ticket requesting a remake or refund

For orders with multiple items, please select the correct quantity of the defective items

Attach clear photos as evidence
Requests without sufficient evidence may be rejected or delayed.

For Ship by seller orders: BurgerPrints refunds shipping costs if the order qualifies due to a confirmed production or fulfillment issue.
For Ship by marketplace orders: BurgerPrints does not refund shipping costs for marketplace-shipped orders
