Where can I find my order tracking number?
Overview
Once an order moves into the shipping stage, BurgerPrints assigns a tracking number to help sellers monitor delivery progress. Tracking numbers are not available immediately after payment and only appear after the carrier has accepted the shipment. Sellers can find this information either within the order itself or through the Tracking management page, which provides a consolidated view of all tracking activities. This guide outlines where tracking numbers appear, which order statuses support tracking, and how to choose the best screen for your tracking needs.

Tips And Best Practices
Orders with multiple products may have multiple fulfillments and multiple tracking numbers.
If an order contains multiple tracking numbers, the Orders list page does not display all tracking numbers. Instead, the system displays one tracking number with a “+ N” indicator to show that the order has additional tracking numbers. Example: If an order has 2 tracking numbers, the Orders list will display:
921449037401530058**** + 1This means:921449037401530058****is one of the tracking numbers1indicates there is one additional tracking number associated with the order
To view all tracking numbers, open the order details page, where each fulfillment and tracking number is listed separately.
Use the Tracking management page when you want to:
Quickly open carrier tracking pages
Investigate delayed, pending, or exception shipments
Monitor multiple orders efficiently
Clicking the tracking number ensures you are viewing the most up-to-date carrier data, which may be more detailed than the summary status shown in BurgerPrints.
If a tracking number shows Info received or Not found for more than 3 days, contact BurgerPrints Support for assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I quickly check the current status of my orders without opening the carrier’s tracking page? Yes. On the Tracking management page, you can review the Last event and Status columns to quickly understand the overall progress of each order without clicking into individual tracking links.
What is the difference between “Last event” and “Status”?
Last event shows the most recent update provided by the carrier (for example: Picked up by shipping partner or In transit to the next facility). Status shows a summarized shipment state (such as Info received, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, or Exception). Together, these two columns provide a quick overview of each order’s delivery progress.
What happens when I click on a tracking number in Tracking management?
When you click on a tracking number, BurgerPrints automatically opens the official tracking page of the shipping carrier, where you can view detailed, real-time shipment updates.
Do I need to manually copy the tracking number to track my order?
No. Tracking numbers in the Tracking management page are clickable links, allowing you to open the carrier’s tracking page with a single click.
Why does my order show a status like “Info received” or “Not found”?
These statuses mean the carrier has not fully updated the tracking information yet. If the order remains in this status for more than 3 days, the order may move to Pending, and you should contact BurgerPrints Support for further assistance.
Which page should I use to monitor multiple orders at once?
The Tracking management page is recommended for monitoring multiple orders, as it provides a centralized view of tracking numbers, shipment events, and delivery statuses.
