Great art with great quality makes your campaigns covnerted into dollars.

Start by preparing your designs to not only be attractive but also to be of high resolution and quality.

Below is our detailed reuirements of the Design file:

ACCEPTED FILE FORMAT

JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group): a file format which is used to compress digital images.

  • JPEG file extensions include: .jpg .jpeg .jpe
  • Best for photos and images without a transparent background.

PNG (Portable Network Graphics): a file format for image compression in lossless fashion (meaning all image information is restored when the file is decompressed during viewing)

You can make one color transparent (like the background) and you can control the degree of transparency (this is also called ‘opacity’).

FILE SPECIFICATIONS
Maximum file size 25 Mb. No minimum file size.

ART DIMENSION

Screen & DTG Printing

  • Minimum 800 x 800 px
  • Maximum 25000 x 25000px

All Over (Sublimation) Printing

  • Minimum 2500 x 2500 px
  • Maximum 5000 x 5000 px

FILE RESOLUTION

  • Resolution should be between 200 — 300 DPI for images (JPEG & PNG)
  • Transparency gradients should be turned into a halftone pattern gradient.

TIPS
Resolution and Image Quality

Just because a file has the right resolution doesn’t mean it has the right quality.

Transparency gradients

Be careful when using transparency gradients. The designer preview doesn’t show how the final printed product will look.

The preview will show the gradient as it was designed. The issue here is that for printing we use a base coat to ensure the quality and colors stand out on the product.

A solution to this issue is to convert the gradient transparency into a halftone pattern gradient. It will create the same effect without affecting the final printed product.
