How to set up Payment integration

This article explains how to set up payment integration on the BurgerPrints Dashboard. It helps users connect supported payment methods to add funds to the B-Wallet quickly and securely, enabling smooth order processing. After completing the integration, users can top up more efficiently without manual bank transfers, use auto top-up features, and maintain a stable balance for fulfillment activities.

How To Access Payment Integration

Step 1: Access the Billing section

  • Log in to your BurgerPrints Dashboard.

  • Go to Billing from the navigation menu.

Step 2: View supported payment methods

In this section, you can see the payment methods that the system supports for integration, such as Payoneer and Credit Card. These methods are used when you want to top up your B-Wallet.

Set B-Wallet as your Primary for payment by checking the corresponding box.

Enable B-Wallet as a payment method

B-Wallet is BurgerPrints' internal balance used for:

  • Paying orders

  • Auto Fulfill

  • Receiving refunds

Note: B-Wallet is a one-way system - funds cannot be withdrawn.

Connect your Payoneer account

When to use Payoneer

Payoneer is recommended when users want:

  • A convenient way to top up B-Wallet without manual transfers

  • Faster processing with automatic top-up

  • A verified and dependable funding source

Requirements

  • Your Payoneer account must be Verified.

  • Your Payoneer must have available balance or have a linked bank account to allow transactions.

How to connect

To link Payoneer, you need an active account at Payoneer.com.

  • Click Add account

  • Select Link Account

  • Follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection.

Once linked, Payoneer can be used for both manual and automatic top-up methods.

Add and verify a credit card

When to use a credit card

A credit card is suitable for:

  • Instant top-up

  • Automated funding

  • Preventing fulfillment delays when balance is low

Supported card types

  • Physical Card

    • Debit Card

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • Others

  • Virtual Card/Digital Card

How to add a card

  • Click Add credit card

  • Enter your Email and Credit card number

  • Click Save. The card displays Pending status and requires verification.

Credit card verification

This identity check prevents:

  • Payment fraud

  • Stolen credit card usage

  • Chargeback abuse

It ensures the card belongs to the actual user.

To activate your card:

  • Click Active

  • Upload:

    • A photo of yourself holding your government-issued ID

    • A photo of yourself holding the credit card

Photo guidelines:

  • Take photos in a well-lit room

  • Use high-quality camera settings

  • Hold the ID or card close to your face

  • Ensure your face and the ID/card details are clear

  • If unclear, the system asks you to upload again

After uploading the photos and clicking Active, the system begins the verification process. This process may take up to 3 business days.

  • If successful, your credit card is activated and ready to use for payments.

  • If rejected, the card cannot be used in the system and you need to choose another payment method or resubmit the verification photos.

How To Check Transaction and Usage History

  • Click the wallet icon to open your transaction summary.

You see the following sections:

Fulfillment cost

  • Paid: Total amount already deducted

  • Pending: Total cost of orders waiting for processing

My Wallet – Credit Card

  • Current balance

  • Pending approval

  • Transaction history

Important note:

  • The B-Wallet is one-way top-ups and refunds remain in the system and cannot be withdrawn.

  • Top-up approvals take up to 24 hours to ensure transaction security.

How To Pay for Orders

Method 1: Pay an individual order

  • Go to Orders, then click All Orders

  • Locate an order with Unpaid status

  • Hover over the order > Click Pay

Method 2: Pay multiple orders at once

  • In All Orders, check the orders you want to pay.

  • Click Pay above the Order ID column.

  • Review the selected orders. Remove any order by clicking the trash bin icon.

  • Click Pay > Confirm payment. The system redirects you to the Payment Processing interface.

  • Paid orders change to Paid and move to the production stage.

How To Set Up Auto Fulfill

Auto Fulfillment automatically pays for eligible orders, saving time and ensuring continuous processing.

Step 1: Access Auto Fulfillment

  • Go to Wallet > Auto Fulfillment

Step 2: Choose an automatic mode

  • Automatic Mode (Automatically): System checks every:

    • 1 hour

    • 2 hours

    • 6 hours

  • Set Time Mode (Set time):

    • Choose a fixed daily time (24-hour format)

Step 3: Activate

  • Click Active now

Notes:

  • Your B-Wallet must have enough balance

  • You can change or disable Auto Fulfillment anytime in the same menu

Tips and Best Practices

  • Keep your B-Wallet topped up to avoid order delays.

  • Always double-check transaction notes when sending manual transfers.

  • Use Auto Fulfill to reduce manual workload and prevent missed payments.

  • Ensure uploaded verification photos are clear to avoid credit card activation delays.

  • Contact Support immediately if top-up funds do not appear after 24 hours.
