How to track the status of your order after payment
Overview
This article explains how to track and manage your paid orders in the BurgerPrints Dashboard. You learn where to find order information, tracking numbers, how shipping updates appear, what each tracking status means, and how to troubleshoot cases where tracking does not show. The guide also covers when tracking becomes available and best practices for checking your shipping status.
After payment, your order goes through 2 main stages: production and shipping. You cantrack both stages in the Dashboard by following the steps below.
How To Access Your Order List
Step 1: Go to the Orders section
In the Dashboard, go to the Orders section, choose the Orders tab.
You see all Order Statuses categorized under: All, Incompleted, Unpaid, Paid, Processed, Shipped, Cancelled.
You can filter by these Order Statuses or search a specific order using the Order ID, Reference order, or Customer name.

Status definitions:
All: All orders uploaded to your Dashboard.
Incompleted: Orders that need review due to issues such as out-of-stock products, unsupported shipping services, or invalid print areas...
Unpaid: Orders that are fully created but not yet paid.
Paid: Orders that have been successfully paid.
Processed: Orders currently in production.
Shipped: Orders handed over to the shipping carrier.
Cancelled: Orders that were cancelled.
Step 2: Open Order Details
Click the Order ID you want to view.

The Order Details page includes three key sections:
Fulfillment Information: Includes Product Details, estimated production and shipping times, Fulfillment Cost.

Service information: Includes Shipping Address, Production Service, Shipping Service, Store, Reference Order, and IOSS.

Timeline: Displays the actual fulfillment timeline and available tracking updates.

How To Check Production Information
Production status helps you understand the progress of your order at the location, including which stage it is currently in, the estimated time to complete production, and when you may need to review or request support if the order is delayed.
Step 1: Check the production status in the Dashboard
You can quickly check the production status of each order directly from the Dashboard.
Go to the Orders section, choose the Orders tab.In the order list, the Fulfillment column displays the current production status of each order.

Production statuses displayed in the Fulfillment column
Unfulfilled: The order has been uploaded to the Dashboard but has not entered production. It is waiting to be paid or in the processing queue.
Scheduled: The order is currently in production. Items may be in printing, processing, packaging, or undergoing quality checks.
Fulfilled: Production is complete. The order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and the tracking link is active.
Step 2: Check the estimated production time in the Order details page
For more detailed processing timelines, click Order ID to open Order Details.
In the Order Details page, each item displays estimated timestamps for:
When the order is paid
When production starts
When the order ships
When the order is delivered
These estimates are based on average processing times for similar products and are for reference only.

Step 3: What to do if the production status takes longer than expected
Production timelines may vary due to several internal or external factors. If the production status does not update for an unusually long time:
Review the design files to ensure they meet product requirements
Check for notifications or emails requesting corrections
Submit a support ticket for production review
Or contact the BurgerPrints Support Team directly with:

How To Check Shipping Information
Step 1: Find the tracking number
A tracking number is a unique identifier that the shipping carrier uses to scan, track, and update the movement of your package throughout the delivery journey. Tracking number allows you to see the shipment progress, and your customers also receive the same updates through the tracking link, including where the shipment is, when it was last scanned, and the estimated delivery date (if provided by the carrier).
A tracking number appears once the location hands your package to the shipping carrier.
You can find the tracking number in:
Order details: In timeline, this module is optimized for overview information, including shipping progress

Tracking Management: This module is optimized for all the shipping information

Your email inbox: BurgerPrints sends the tracking email automatically when the order becomes Shipped, provided that you have enabled email notifications for tracking updates

Step 2: Track your shipping & delivery
Option 1: From Order Details page
Tracking updates appear directly from the tracking link in the Timeline.

Option 2: From Tracking Management (recommended)
Click the tracking number, it is linked to the carrier's official tracking website, where you can find the shipping progress of the package.

Option 3: Copy the tracking number and track it on these recommended websites
17track.net
Trackingmore.com
Step 3: Understand tracking status updates and estimated delivery
Tracking websites typically display the following stages:
Tracking number created - Carrier received shipment data, but the package has not been scanned.
Picked up - The carrier collected the package from the location.
Activated - The first scan occurred, and the tracking number is now active.
In transit - The package is moving through carrier locations.
Out for delivery / Estimated delivery - The package is on its way to the recipient or has a scheduled delivery date.
Delivery reattempts / Address issues - Delivery could not be completed; the carrier may try again or may require address confirmation.
Forwarded to new address - The package was redirected to an updated address.
Delivered successfully - The package has been delivered.
Returned or cancelled - The shipment was returned or cancelled during transit.
Detailed definitions of tracking statuses for each carrier are included here:
How to check Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery (ETA) appears when the carrier has enough routing information to calculate the expected delivery date. Based on common carrier behavior:
USPS: ETA usually appears after the first scan at a USPS Acceptance Facility or once the shipment enters In Transit status.
UPS: UPS often provides Estimated Delivery early, sometimes immediately after tracking activation at the origin scan.
DHL eCommerce / DHL Express: ETA appears after DHL receives the package and routing is confirmed. DHL Express may display ETA from the pickup stage.
FedEx: ETA is shown once the package is scanned at the Origin Facility. For international shipments, ETA may appear after the Export Scan.
Tips and Best Practices
Tracking not activated
Common causes:
The carrier received electronic shipment data but has not scanned the package yet.
The package has not reached the first carrier facility for scanning.
Carrier systems may update slowly, especially on weekends or holidays.
How to resolve:
Wait 12 - 48 hours for the first carrier scan.
Check the tracking on multiple websites such as 17track or Trackingmore.
Re-check in Dashboard, the timeline on the Order details to see if new updates appear.
No carrier scan yet
Signs:
Tracking shows “Shipment information sent to carrier”, “Label created”, or “Pre-transit”.
Possible reasons:
The location handed the package to the carrier, but it has not been scanned at the original location.
Domestic or international carriers may perform scans later than expected.
How to resolve:
Check again after 24 business hours.
Confirm whether the order requires address verification or corrections.
If there is still no scan after 48 hours, submit a support ticket for review with the location.
Tracking has no further updates
Common causes:
The package is moving between carrier locations, and the transit period may involve several days without scans.
A scan may have been skipped by the carrier.
The package is undergoing customs or is in a transit country.
How to resolve:
Check multiple tracking platforms to confirm whether any additional updates appear.
Verify whether the Estimated Delivery (ETA) has changed - carriers sometimes skip scans but still deliver on time.
If there are no updates for more than 7 days (domestic) or 10 - 14 days (international), submit a support ticket for investigation.
Tracking disappears
Signs:
Tracking previously displayed information, but later shows “Not found”.
Tracking websites return temporary errors when retrieving data.
Possible reasons:
Carrier systems are updating or temporarily unavailable.
Tracking may reset when transferred to a new international tracking number (common for some EU/UK routes).
Temporary error on the tracking website.
How to resolve:
Refresh the tracking page or try again after 1 - 2 hours.
Check directly on the carrier’s official website.
Review the Tracking management on Dashboard to see if a new tracking number has been assigned.
If the tracking remains missing for more than 24 hours, contact Support to verify whether the carrier issued a replacement tracking number.
