Bulk orders on BurgerPrints refer to orders that exceed the Dashboard limit of 30 items. These orders require a separate workflow because they involve higher production volume, additional planning, and customized consultation on fulfillment capacity, printing methods, packaging, and shipping.
A bulk order is defined by one or more of the following conditions:
The total quantity exceeds 30 items in a single order
The order requires special production planning (multiple SKUs, size or color breakdowns, layered designs)
The order may involve multiple cartons or region-based shipping arrangements
The user needs quotation approval before confirming pricing with customers
The request requires verifying location production capacity
Bulk orders are still print-on-demand items, meaning each product is printed individually. Because of this, production and shipping times may differ from regular orders and may require consultation with Support before confirming with your customers.
How To Place Orders Up To 30 Items
Orders with 30 items or fewer follow the same workflow as standard POD orders. You can create them directly from the Dashboard using your preferred method:
Sync order via Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Walmart, API, Order Desk and other platform
Create order from the Orders section

Bulk orders over 30 items cannot be created through the Dashboard. Follow the steps below to request Support assistance.
Step 1: Check supported product list and available locations
Before requesting a bulk order, review the published list of:
Supported product types
Available fulfillment locations that can process bulk quantities
Printing methods supported by each location
Special handling notes for specific SKUs (if any)
This helps you confirm whether the product you need is eligible for bulk ordering and select the appropriate location before contacting Support.

Support confirms how your bulk order will be packed based on product dimensions, weight, and total quantity:
How many items can be packed into one box

Bulk orders are still POD items, not mass production Each item is printed individually. Production time may vary slightly between items depending on product type.

CSV upload is not supported Bulk orders must be coordinated directly with Support.
