Understanding the BurgerPrints's shipping policy

Overview

This article explains how to manage orders on BurgerPrints with a focus on understanding shipping regions, carriers, and estimated delivery times. It helps users review shipping policies clearly so you can plan fulfillment expectations and support your customers effectively.

This guide is for all users managing orders on the Dashboard and looking for more clarity about where BurgerPrints ships and how delivery timelines work.

How To Access Order Shipping Information

Step 1: Go to Orders

  • On the BurgerPrints Dashboard, go to Orders.

  • Select the order you want to review. You see the order details, including shipping region, tracking status, and fulfillment progress.

Step 2: Review shipping region

On the Order details page, check the Shipping information section.

BurgerPrints currently supports 3 main shipping regions:

  • US – All states within the United States.

  • EU/UK – Countries in the European Union, including UK, AT, BE, BG, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK, plus NO, IL, CY.

  • ROW (Rest of World) – All countries outside the US and EU/UK regions except restricted countries listed in the Shipping Policy.

You see the eligible region based on the customer’s shipping address.

Step 3: Check carrier and shipping method

The carrier depends on the fulfillment facility and the shipping destination. BurgerPrints works with multiple shipping partners across regions.

Typical carriers by region include:

  • US: USPS, UPS, DHL,...

  • UK: Royal Mail, Evri,...

  • EU: Asendia, DPD, Spring,...

  • ROW (Rest of World): DHL,...

The system displays the assigned carrier once the order enters Shipped status in the Order details page.

Important note for users:

Understanding the carrier used for each region helps you decide whether that carrier can be added or mapped correctly in your connected store. Some carriers may be less common or not supported by certain eCommerce platforms. In these cases, review your store’s shipping settings to avoid tracking or fulfillment mismatches for your customers.

Step 4: Review estimated delivery times

BurgerPrints provides estimated delivery times based on the shipping region and destination.Estimated delivery times by region:

  • US:

    • Standard domestic delivery times

    • Special US areas (APOs/FPOs/AE/AO/AA/AP, islands, unincorporated territories such as PR, VI, GU, MP, AS, as well as HI and AK): 30–45 business days

  • EU / UK: Delivery times vary by country and local carrier performance

  • ROW (Rest of World): Longer delivery times depending on postal service quality and customs processing

Exact estimated timelines appear on the Order details page once the order enters Shipped status.

Important note for users:

  • All delivery times shown on BurgerPrints are estimates. Shipping timelines may change depending on seasonality, peak periods, and external factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or public health events.

  • BurgerPrints reviews and handles shipping issues on a case-by-case basis. Resolution options and support actions may vary depending on the specific issue and the operational conditions at that time.

How To Understand Restricted Shipping Locations

Step 1: Check restricted ROW countries

Some countries are excluded due to carrier limitations. These fall into two groups:

  • Countries not supported by specific international shipping services

  • Countries restricted for All Over Print, Decoration, Accessories, Footwear, and Home-living SKUs from China, Vietnam.

The restricted country list includes (examples): Afghanistan, Argentina, Bermuda, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, and many more.If an address belongs to a restricted country, the system prevents order creation or fulfillment.

Step 2: Verify product-specific limitations

For certain product types, BurgerPrints may not support shipping to specific countries due to carrier or destination restrictions. The system clearly notifies you if a selected product cannot be shipped to a specific country during order creation or processing. This ensures users always know whether a destination is supported before the order enters production.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Confirm your customer's address before placing or syncing an order to avoid shipping restrictions.

  • Review the shipping region table regularly, as carrier restrictions may change.

  • Inform your customers about estimated delivery times early to set clear expectations.

  • If an order shows a carrier limitation, update the shipping address or replace the product (when applicable).
