Yes. Pricing incentives depend on your sales volume and may include cashback programs or tier-based pricing. These incentives help you reduce fulfillment costs as your business scales.

#### **Question 2: How do those volume-based incentives work?**

**Tier program**

**About tier program**

The BurgerPrints tier program is a points-based system that assigns users to tier levels and unlocks corresponding benefits. Users earn Points for every fulfilled order, and each product type awards a different amount:

* Printed apparel: **0.5 Points** per fulfilled item
* Accessories: **0.25 Points** per fulfilled item
* Special-offer or exclusive products: **0 Points**

The system totals all points at the end of each month and uses this total to set your tier for the following month. Your tier level and benefits update automatically on the **1st day of each month**, based on the points earned in the previous month.

**Valid point calculation rules**

* Valid points are counted only for items from orders with **successful payment status** within the month.
* Points are recorded from **12:00 AM on the first day** of the month to **11:59 PM on the last day** of the month (EST).
* Tier levels update automatically at **12:05 AM EST on the 1st day** of each month, based on the points accumulated during the previous month. Users receive the corresponding tier benefits from this time until the next monthly update.
* Items that enter **Hold-on, Cancel, Refund, Re-make or Re-place** status within the month are **not eligible** for points. Any points previously earned from these items are deducted if the item changes to one of these statuses.
* Points used for tier calculation reset each month and do not carry over.

**How to view your tier?**

**Step 1: Go to the Dashboard at <https://dash.burgerprints.com/> and log in with your account**

**Step 2: Find the Tier block and click View more**
