This article explains how BurgerPrints offers pricing incentives for users with high sales volume. It is for users who want to optimize their fulfillment cost and understand the available discount options. You learn what types of volume-based incentives exist and how to request eligibility review.

#### **Question 1: Are there discounts or pricing support for high-volume users?**

Yes. Pricing incentives depend on your sales volume and may include cashback programs or tier-based pricing. These incentives help you reduce fulfillment costs as your business scales.

#### **Question 2: How do those volume-based incentives work?**

**Tier program**

BurgerPrints uses a **Membership Tier Program** to reward your order volume with better pricing and cashback benefits. Your tier is determined based on your eligible order volume during each review period.There are three membership tiers:

* **Starter:** Includes the basic benefits for all new users.
* **Growth:**
  * Access to **SuperDeal Cashback - Level USD 600**
  * **Discount USD 0.35 - 0.5 per item** (Gold Tier pricing) on eligible base products that are not part of a SuperDeal
* **Partner:**
  * **Private Pricing** with Matterhorn
  * Access to **SuperDeal Cashback - Level USD 1000**
  * **Discount USD 0.5 - 0.75 per item** (Diamond Tier pricing)

**What's new from BurgerPrints version 3**

* **Benefits from day one.** With the new Membership Tier, you receive the pricing that matches your potential tier right away. You no longer need to wait and prove your volume first, and you can start earning cashback straight away.
* **Quarterly review.** Your tier is now reviewed once every **3 months** instead of every month, so you get a more stable tier and more time to reach your goals.

**How to view your tier?**

**Step 1: Go to the Dashboard at <https://dash.burgerprints.com/> and log in with your account**

**Step 2: Find your current Tier**

Or you can click your **Avatar** to check your account information, including your **Membership Tier**.
